Shipping Information

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Cascade Depot ships exclusively to the 50 US States. We no longer offer shipping outside of the US.

Q: When can I expect my order to ship?

A: Shipments are typically sent out within 3 business days. Springfield Marine products are sometimes built-to-order; such products may take up to 10 days to ship. Shipping delays can also happen due to circumstances outside of our control, including and not limited to an overabundance of orders for a given product, natural disasters and shipping carrier delays. We aim to get shipments out ASAP and we appreciate your patience on orders that have longer lead times. 

Q: Where do products ship from?

A: Shipments are typically sent directly from the manufacturer of the purchased product. Springfield Marine products ship directly from their location in Nixa, Missouri. Other suppliers ship from all over the United States.

Q: How are shipping rates calculated?

A: Shipping rates are calculated by packaged weight and dimensions. Rates also reflect any oversized fees associated with a given product. 

Q: How can I expedite my shipment?

A: We don't currently offer expedited shipping services. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

A: Shipping times vary with demand and location, but on average, you can expect your package within 3-5 business days.




Free Shipping Promotion: Details & Exclusions

Cascade Depot offers free shipping on orders of $75+ with service to the lower 48 US states. 

Exclusions include shipping overweight and/or oversized products, at the discretion of Cascade Depot.

Cascade Depot reserves the right to cancel and refund an order due to any errors in pricing. 

Customers may have the option to pay for any excess shipping costs or receive a full refund for a pricing error. 

Returns Policy 

You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, a free return shipping label will be provided at no extra cost upon approval of return. Return shipping labels are not guaranteed for purchases made with the free shipping promotion.

Items that have been damaged or used will not receive a refund.  All items must be in brand new, unused condition.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of acceptable returns. We do our best to issue refunds as quickly as possible for your convenience. Refunds can take up to four weeks, but usually take less time. The four-week time estimate includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges; returns will receive a refund to the original payment method or a store credit equal to the purchase value of the return.
